As part of the 22nd „National Production, National Pride” festival, the Ars Persica webshop was officially launched, offering Iranian handicrafts such as the famous Persian carpets and ceramics to the European market. The online store aims to make Iranian culture’s unique creations easily accessible while promoting international recognition of Iranian artisans.
During the festival’s opening, important Iranian and Hungarian officials highlighted the significance of the event. Abdolvahab Sahlabadi, Secretary-General of the Iranian Chamber of Industry, Mines, and Trade, emphasized that the webshop provides new opportunities not only for Iranian artisans but also helps bridge Iranian products with European markets.
The festival and the Budapest office were connected online, allowing Iranian participants in Tehran to follow the Budapest events via a projector. Simultaneously, at the Budapest office, where the Iranian Ambassador and other embassy representatives were present, the festival’s speeches were also followed through a projector, ensuring an interactive and live connection between the two countries.
